THE STORY
I’m Alberto Toribio, astrologer, writer, and author, better known online as The Dirtbag Astrologer.
I’ve been posting astrology online since at least 2016, taking ancient cosmic wisdom and turning it into darkly funny, cynical, no-filter memes, because the usual horoscope voice never sounded like anyone I knew.
Eventually the memes became a book, Dirtbag Astrology: Sign-by-Sign No-Filter Cosmic Truths, my full-length handbook for every sign. It’s gone further than I expected: my work has broken out of social media and been featured in Vogue, BuzzFeed, and Cosmopolitan, where I’ve also been interviewed. I’m based in the United States.
Wisdom only comes through experience.
